Menopause is one stage of life that is often overlooked or still kept in the dark.

Well, we're talking about it! We're sharing the truths about this stage of our lives and we want to hear from you.

Currently an online Facebook Group, we're creating a safe space for anyone pre- peri- or post-menopausal to come and ask questions, share experiences, give advice or have a laugh when there's nothing left to do but ride the heat wave.
